Effective October 12, 2026. These terms cover the win13labs.com website and the apps made by Win13 Labs LLC ("we"). By using them you agree to these terms.

Using our apps and site: you may use our apps and this site for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse them, or use them to break the law.

App Store purchases: apps bought through Apple are also covered by Apple's Media Services Terms. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple.

Your ideas: if you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve our apps without owing you anything.

Our content: the apps, artwork, names and logos (including Winnie and Top Dog) belong to Win13 Labs LLC.

Privacy: see our Privacy Policy and each app's own privacy policy, such as the Top Dog Privacy Policy.

No warranty: our apps and site are provided "as is". We work hard to keep them running well, but we can't promise they will always be available or free of bugs.

Limitation of liability: to the extent the law allows, Win13 Labs LLC isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages from using our apps or site, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the past 12 months.

Changes: we may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and update the date above.
